Make torrents

Hi all ,i just Dl a programm called "make Torrents" or somethink like that,the icon looks like a 7.
I get a Microsoft foul when i try to start it,you know the box which pops up with send fejlreport or dont send fejelreport.
Does anyone know why or does anyone know a other programm to make torrents (not azureus or Bitcomet) ??

MakeTorrent version? Have you tried uninstall & reinstall?
